3 Levels of Engagement

ATS Partners can work with your team in three primary approaches:

* Training: We can train your team in the disciplines of business analysis, process optimization, project/program management, agile project management and change management. Once trained, teams can work on projects internal to your organizations with the skills and knowledge they have learned.

* Advisory: In addition to training, ATS Partners can act in an advisory capacity, assisting teams on a part-time basis as they work through projects, offering coaching and guidance as needed along the way.

* Embedded: ATS Partners staff will manage projects on behalf of your organization, with primary responsibility for project delivery and value realization.
